Former Cal standout and two-time NBA All-Star Jaylen Brown has been selected to Team USA for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. Brown, who was born in Marietta, Georgia, played for the Golden Bears from 2014 to 2016. He was a two-time All-American and Pac-12 Player of the Year during his time at Cal.
Brown was selected to the NBA All-Star team in 2019 and 2021. He is currently averaging 24.5 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game for the Boston Celtics.
Brown is one of 41 players who have been named to the Team USA roster. The team will be coached by Gregg Popovich. The Olympics will be held from July 26 to August 11 in Paris.
